Ticketing Policies
-
Purchase tickets online through our ticketing partner, or at the door.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
Tickets purchased in advance may be picked up at the box office beginning 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. Tickets not claimed within 5 minutes after the published start time may be released for resale. We reserve the right to adjust seat assignments when necessary. -
The theatre entrance is tucked away and not visible from the street. Next to Skylight Books, enter through the wooden doors and walk to the rear of the alleyway. You'll find the theatre entrance at the last door on the left.
-
Each season includes at least one ASL-interpreted performance for every production. Please refer to the individual event page for the scheduled ASL performance date. Seats offering the best view of both the interpreters and the stage are designated as ASL seating.
-
A limited number of wheelchair-accessible and other accessible seating options are available for guests with disabilities and their companions. Accessible seating may be reserved online or by contacting our Box Office.
-
Late seating is limited. While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the theatre's layout does not allow audience members to be seated once the performance has reached a certain point. If you arrive too late to be admitted, you may be able to exchange your ticket for a later performance or enter at intermission, when available.
-
If your plans change, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production or convert the value of your tickets into a donation. To qualify, please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance.
